LONGEVITY- Chapter 3- Senior, you are so casual.

The man paused and tried to look through the bird with his spiritual consciousness, but as he swept around, he accidentally swept through Changsheng, who then said, "Don't do that when you have high in cultivation, it's not good to peek at me and xiao niao without clothes!” the manwas so angry that he withdrew his consciousness.

It wasn't until Changsheng had finished his meal and started to drink his herbal tea that the man said, "My name is Lu Shui Wu.

"Which road, which water, and which nothing?" Changsheng asked.[1]

"Whichever land you want, you can choose that land, whichever water you want, you can choose that water, and whichever emptiness you want, you can choose."

"...Senior, you are so casual." Chang Sheng said.

"I'm casual, what do you think?" Lu Shui wuraised his brows and hooked the corners of his mouth. He looked so glamorous, the color was so good that the bird was almost dizzy, and the monks around him were also fascinated.

Lu Shui wu didn't like being looked at like that. He hated his attractive appearance, but the man infront of him was blind.

After drinking tea, Changsheng felt that he was not satisfied:"Another pot of tea, cold one, please.”

He shouted in a hoarse voice, his gestures were generous and natural, Lu Shuiwu somehow felt that he would like him.

"My name is Gu Changsheng." The little blind man said, "Gu, who is full of beauty, will grow forever, and this life is not in vain."

Lu Shui Wu froze for a moment and then burst out laughing: "No one gives a name like that!

The shopkeeper's herbal tea arrived, Chang Sheng touched, it was cold enough, and he drank several more bowls in a row.

"You are really fifteen years old?" Lu Shuiwu asked.

Changsheng stretched out a hand: "Touch it you, can check my bone age. “

"I don't want to." Lu Shuiwu had an expression of not wanting to touch something dirty. But after thinking about it, he couldn't help but be curious, and asked again: "I've never heard of the fifteen-year-old foundation establishment cultivator. Whose family are you from? How did you practice? Demonic cultivation? It's impossible for even demonic cultivators to cultivate that fast. Did you have a miraculous encounter? You must have had a miraculous encounter! Tell me, did you eat any wonderful herbs or practice any ancient books from a cave?

Many cultivators nearby also pricked up their ears to listen.

These are not the days of the ancient world when there was an abundance of spiritual energy, when there were as many Nascent stage cultivators as there were dogs, 50 golden pills walking around, 30 foundation builders all over the place, and Qi refinement births all around.

This era was really not like the ancient times when the aura was abundant. At that time, there were as many hundred-year-old nascent babies as dogs, fifty-year-old jindans walked all over the ground, thirty-year-old foundation-establishers and everyone was born already at qi refining stage.

For the current qi refining, it would take twenty-years to establish; for building a foundation, it would take about fifty-years to establish if you work harder; it is hard to say about jindan, some people will never be able to reach it in their lifetime, and those who  are lucky and have a good spiritual root it mat take them more than one hundred years; as for nascent soul and above... Humph, then you must have everything good, and you have to add four words, perception and opportunity.

As for the God Transformation, Mahayana, Crossing Tribulation Refining the void and merging, they are too far away. Basically, they are old monsters who don’t go out to practice full-time and ignore world affairs. Although Kyushu is big there are not many old monsters.

Changsheng thought for a while: "I don't think I practice very fast; I take it step by step slowly. As for what to eat, my senior brother often makes some toffee beans for me to eat. I heard that I was not easy to raise, when I was picked up the master I was young, my senior sister caught a group of monster cows and raised them, milked them every day in the mountains to refine the milk into pills so that they can feed me, so if I just eat them and grow up, does that count? I won’t talk about the sect. I am only at the end of foundation building now. If I lose a fight outside, it would be embarrassing and my Master would definitely kill me if he found out. I would have to wait till I am at the late stage of jindan when my realm is more stable, at that point I would be able to fight a nascent soul single handedly.” If he loses he wouldn’t be able to face his master.

When everyone heard that, they thought he was too bold! How dare you dare to fight an infant in the late Jindan stage? Don’t you know that is the same as writing the word "death"?

He said disgustedly, "You'll be a hundred years old by the time you reach Jindan, so how dare you bring up something so far away!

Changsheng blinked his eyes and looked straight at Lu Shuiwu.

Lu Shui Wuming knew that Changsheng couldn't see with his eyes, but he just had the feeling that Changsheng's dark eyes were looking at him.

Chang Sheng said: "I just came down from the mountain, you city people, don't lie to us mountain people are simple!"

Lu Shuiwu: "Huh?"

Changsheng: "My master is 23 years old and has reached jindan!”

The crowd of monks spat out their tea. Voices were heard from all over the place.

The bird chirped loudly, "Your Holiness is two or three years old!

All the monks spat out the tea in their mouths. Sounds come and go.

The bird chirped loudly, "Your Holiness is twenty thee years old!

Then Changsheng took a big sip of tea and let out a long sigh: "Master has driven me out of the sect and ordered me to go out for training. I think it's a bit difficult if you think about it. Master reached jindan at twenty-three years, how come I've only been given 20. ......"

The jaw of Lu Shui Wu was about to drop. He felt like he was sitting in front of a person with a brain problem.

"...... twenty-years? jindan?" The first thing you need to do is to get a good idea of what is going on.

Changsheng took a sip of tea and nodded.

"...If it can be done, I'll give you the brain." Lu Shuiwu said.

"Why would I want you brain? I don't practice magic." Chang Sheng said.

Changsheng thought for a while, and then said: "Xiao Lu, you said that the spiritual flower and wonderful grass can improve one's cultivation, where do you find it? I think I need to dig more and eat more, otherwise I will be too late. There are only five years left, it is really mysterious to form a jindan!"

"You think you can just pick up weeds on the roadside?" Lu Shuifu's voice rose: "And call me senior, not Xiao Lu, it's not proper!

Changsheng: "We are familiar!"

Lu Shuiwu: "Who is familiar with you, and when did we become familiar!"

Chang Sheng: "I've been chatting with you for so long, are you still not familiar me?"

Lu Shuiwu: "Damn you, you're familiar!"

Changsheng nodded.

Lu Shuiwu: "Don't nod, I don't know you well even if you nod!"

The little bird chirped twice:"You're so cute, little beauty!”

Luk Shui Wu: "A hundred year old bird! I'm older than you!"

The bird chirps again: "You're so funny, big beauty!”

Lu Shuifu: "If you call me beauty again, I'll break your neck!

The bird's wings were fully opened: "Come on, let's fight!"

Lu Shui Wu was furious: "Its really  like a master!"

Changsheng laughed. When he laughed, his voice was so rustling that it could be heard in one's bones.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After leaving Lu Shuifu, the innkeeper took Changsheng to his courtyard.

The inn was quite interesting, as one had to go upstairs first, and then there were doors lined up on the upper floors, with a formation on the door and a concave hole on the top of the formation.

Xiao Er handed a small jade card to Chang Sheng's hand, the jade card was full of aura, and Chang Sheng touched it curiously.

He said, "If you put the jade token on the formation, the formation will open and you will be able to enter. Our inn's array was drawn by the most famous Elder of the Runic Sect in Kyushu. If you have any requests, there is a box to the left of the door with a paper crane in it, you just need to pinch the paper crane and speak to it then throw it upwards, then we will receive your message and cook and deliver food to you.

"Yeah, I see!" Changsheng was very interested in what Xiao Er said. He touched the formation on the wall first, with a curious expression on his face. When Xiao niao saw that Xiao Er was not leaving and kept smiling at Chandsheng, he spat out a medium spirit stone from his mouth and gave it to Xiao Er.

Xiaoer left happily.

At this time, Changsheng wiped his palm, and used his spiritual consciousness to write down the formation on the wall, and then put the jade tablet on the formation, and the door opened with a snap.

Changsheng brought the little bird into the room, his consciousness swept away, wow, it was really amazing inside.

He didn't know where the mustard space lead to. Although the door is on the second floor of the inn, it leads out to a spacious courtyard.

Looking up, you can see the blue sky above ChuFeng city, the sun is warm in the sky, and swallows occasionally fly by.

Some spiitual flowers and plants are planted in the yard, and formations are engraved on the four corners. At the end is a simple and elegant wing room. It doesn't look like a big one, but there are many powerful things hidden in it.

Changsheng joyfully touched here and there, and touched up the other people's formations, He could remember how the patterns were carved and how the runes were scanned, he just needs to sweep his consciousness and engrave them into his mind.

Then he pushed open the door and entered the room. There was a warm spiritual tea on the table, and to the left was a small spiritual bath with steam. To the right, there was a small study room with a soft couch.

Changchang sighed: "I will do the same when I go back to Xiao jian peak(little sword), dig a spiritual spring for bathing, set up a study with a nice collection of literature, make a red spiritual wooden bed with a soft quilt, and throw away the nursery ball for meditation! This is the life of a human being!”

Chang Sheng threw himself onto the big mahogany bed behind the screen in the wing room, hummed a few times comfortably, and rubbed the soft quilt.

The little bird flew up and landed on the pillow. "You are already a cultivator, and the pursuit of a cultivator is the way of longevity. If you continue to be so lazy, be careful that His Excellency will beat your ass again!"

Changsheng smiled and spread out his palms, raised his hands high, and began to pinch his hands on the bed.

A golden light flickered in mid-air, and an original formation appeared. With the movement of Changsheng's fingers, the formation began to change.

With a wave of his hand, several runes flew to the side, he looked at it, and dismantled the formation on the door.

Xiaoniao tilted his head to look at Changsheng, and found that Changsheng was interested in the formation. He didn't understand his formation at the moment and he definitely wouldnt want to distract himself from the formation by talking to it.

Xiaoniao said: "People who don't know think you came from Xiaofu Peak or Xiaozhen Peak!( Little Talisman Peak or the Little Array Peak). A Sword cultivator but you don't focus on sword cultivation, but love to play with Formations. No wonder the Venerable Lord laments that you are lazy!"

At this time, Changsheng was already immersed in the formation, and he said "hmmmmm" to those who knew him they knew that he was just responding casually, but those who didn't know would think he was answering Xiaoniao!

The art of the talisman is like writing but not writing, like painting but not painting. Initially based on the flying water and clouds in heaven and earth, and the posture of all things.

Then there was a powerful person who realized the Tao, and transferred it to those who could see it, and passed it on later, which was the initial appearance of the rune.

For those who practice runes, the easiest way is to draw and write the runes on paper, and use the paper as the body of presentation.

Rune papers are divided into several grades from top to bottom, with gold symbols being the highest, silver symbols being the second, and yellow symbols being the lowest.

The rune are imbued with aura by the talisman master and connected with cinnabar. After they are carved into the paper and are able to incorporate the energy of heaven and earth through their form and meaning.

For example, the thunder talisman, after the talisman is formed, the talisman master borrows the power of thunder and lightning. The cultivators with high morals grasp the essence and pour into the rune.

For example, the wind talisman, after the talisman is completed, it can blow out the wind of heaven and earth, and it will become a surging trend. When the wind from the talisman is written by a powerful person it can easily to blow away a city and a mountain.

There are many other kinds of derivation talismans, and the simplest and most practiced by cultivators is the art of forming thousands of formations that are outlined by runes and linked one by one.

For example, if one uses the most basic runes of gold, wood, water, fire and earth, and carves a fire pattern into the bottom of a teapot, the teapot can be heated up, and when water is added to the teapot, the tea becomes hot. But the fire cannot be kept burning, for the teapot will burst, so this time it is necessary to reconcile the basic theory that water can be used to stop fire.

But how is this done? It involves other runes.

The five elements can not only restrain each other, but they also  complement each other, as well as form and multiply each other. There are other variations beyond the five elements, and how to incorporate these variations into a small array, using the simplest of strokes to create the most suitable array formation, is what has interested Chang Sheng most since he arrived in Kyushu.

The first thing he saw when he was a child, when he first learnt to see the world with his divine sense, was when the Master of   Xiaofu Peak (Little Talisman) used a fire talisman to burn the hair of the chicken in a garden, and. Then, in order to keep him secret, when he gave him all the chicken legs to eat, he was shocked by the deliciousness of the chicken!

So he fell in love with it.

What kind of cultivation is immortal cultivation, sword cultivation, how can it compare to the ever-changing changes brought about by the multiplication of talismans and formations that can comfort his broken heart that has been eating toffee for years!

His brothers and sisters didn’t even learn how to cook!

Meanings

LONGEVITY- Chapter 1- Longevity is so simple (Part 1)

  1. Longevity is so simple The mainland of Kyushu is vast and rich in resources. It is mainly divided into five states: East, West, South, North, and Central. It is further subdivided into four small states: Northeast, Southeast, Northwest, and Southwest. Human races and monks live together, and there are a few monster races in it.  This is the world Gu Changsheng currently lives in.  When Changsheng first came here, because the aura in his body was inconsistent with his soul, he could not speak, hear, and see. He could only feel the cold and hot of the outside world on his skin, so he did not lose contact with the outside world.    Changsheng remembers his previous life. In his last life, he was only a senior in high school. During his graduation trip, the tour bus was involved in a serial car accident on the highway. He became dizzy the next thing he knew he was born and became a new member of the mainland of Kyushu.    And he was living a little... well...    Changsheng is optimist

Chufeng City.  He almost tipped over again when his boat buzzed.  When he heard the sound of laughter from outside, he rubbed his eyes and opened the small window to look out, using his consciousness to search, he saw two balls of spiritual energy surrounding  two people, and one of them shouted to him:  "No one is allowed to fly through the city of Chufeng on a boat or in a magic vessel.”  Chufeng City was very large, and it is the most prosperous city in Nanzhou. There are all kinds of cultivators coming and going at the gate of the city, some are well-dressed, some were immortal, and some are in tatters and patches.  A few people also glanced at him. If Changsheng could see them, he would definitely see the teasing in their eyes: Look, it's another fledgling kid who doesn't know the rules and wanders out!  It's just that Changsheng's eyes were not good, and his spiritual consciousness could only see a blurry image. What he sees when he looks at something, depe

Xiao niao(little bird) took Changsheng to find an inn.   Chufeng deserves to be the largest city in the southern state. It is located at the foot of Lingtian Mountain where there is a high-grade spiritual vein passing beneath it. It is also the place where Lingtian Sect is located and it was one of the largest sects in the southern state. Taking advantage of time and space, the cultivators here can still get their spiritual energy into their bodies even if they lie down to sleep and do not practice.  Xiao niao chirped and quacked in Changsheng's ear, saying whatever came to mind, and Changsheng listened with relish.  When they entered the inn, the inn was also very people-oriented, ordinary people were not allowed to stay, nor were low level cultivators. The owner of the inn came up and glanced at Changsheng without any trace. Before Changsheng could speak, the bird spit out a piece of top-quality spirit stone from its mouth: "Give us a place to stay, It doesn't matter i
